Patients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in the following ways:
- In person – drop your repeat slip off at reception (having clearly marked the items required) or fill in a form in practice.
- Online – register for our online services and order via the link at the top of this page.
Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
ULHS is able to send repeat prescription requests directly to a pharmacy of your choice. If you would like to set up your prescriptions to go directly to a pharmacy of your choosing, please speak to one of our administrators at reception or by calling us.
Your prescriptions can be sent to any pharmacy that can accept electronic prescriptions in the UK. If you are planning a trip within the UK for holiday or staying with relatives you can still order your prescriptions through ULHS and have them sent to a pharmacy close to where you are staying. Please remember to change your nominated pharmacy to a pharmacy in Lincoln when you return from your travels.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
